Instructions are requests and cannot be guaranteed. They must be lawful, safe and operationally possible. -

- Correct unit number;
- Gate or intercom instructions;
- Condominium or building access details;
- Security-clearance information; and
- Hotel or office delivery instructions.
Missing or inaccurate access information may result in failed delivery and a redelivery charge.

Subject to applicable law and rights relating to goods that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or not actually delivered, responsibility for the order passes to the customer after documented delivery.
The customer should ensure that the delivery location is secure, sheltered and not accessible to an individual younger than 18 years. Collect and refrigerate the order promptly. -
If the order cannot be delivered or safely left unattended, we may contact you to arrange another attempt.
A redelivery charge of S$25, including GST, applies to each redelivery attempt required because of an incorrect address, missing access information, an inaccessible location, failed age requirements or another circumstance within the customer’s reasonable control.
Additional reasonable charges may apply to exceptional delivery requests.

Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS)

The Beverage Container Return Scheme, or BCRS, is Singapore’s national deposit-return scheme for eligible beverage containers. It encourages consumers to return empty containers for recycling by applying a refundable deposit to each eligible container.
The scheme is managed by BCRS Ltd., a not-for-profit scheme operator licensed by Singapore’s National Environment Agency (NEA). -
A refundable deposit of S$0.10 is charged for each eligible beverage container bearing the BCRS Deposit Mark.
For example:- One eligible can: S$0.10 deposit
- Four eligible cans: S$0.40 deposit
- Six eligible cans: S$0.60 deposit
- Twelve eligible cans: S$1.20 deposit
The total deposit is based on the number of eligible cans in your order, including cans contained in beer packs and bundles.

“BCRS Refundable Container Deposit”
The deposit amount is calculated according to the number of eligible beverage containers in your order. -
No. The refundable S$0.10 BCRS deposit is not subject to GST.
GST may still apply to the beer, delivery charges and other taxable products or services in your order. -
No. BCRS deposits are excluded when determining whether an order has reached Alive Brewing’s S$110 free-delivery threshold.
The value of the products in your order must total at least S$110 after discounts and excluding BCRS deposits. -
No. Product discounts and promotional codes do not reduce the refundable S$0.10 deposit applicable to each eligible container.
A discount may reduce the price of the beer, but the appropriate BCRS deposit will continue to apply according to the number of eligible containers purchased. -
Look for the BCRS Deposit Mark on the can or its label. Alive Brewing cans displaying this mark are eligible for a S$0.10 refund when returned in the required condition.
BCRS generally covers pre-packaged beverages supplied in plastic or metal containers between 150ml and 3 litres, including alcoholic beverages. Alive Brewing’s marked 330ml and 473ml cans fall within this size range. -
Take each eligible empty can to a Return Right Reverse Vending Machine, also known as an RVM.
To be accepted, the can should be:- Completely empty
- Not crushed or flattened
- Bearing the BCRS Deposit Mark
- In a condition that allows its barcode to be scanned
Insert the eligible can into the RVM and follow the instructions shown on the machine to receive your refund.

A can may be rejected if:
- It does not carry the BCRS Deposit Mark
- Its barcode cannot be read
- It has been crushed or flattened
- It is not empty
- It falls outside the types or sizes covered by the scheme
- It is damaged to the extent that the machine cannot verify it
If the container does not bear the BCRS Deposit Mark, it is not eligible for the S$0.10 refund and should be recycled through an appropriate recycling channel.
For problems involving a marked and otherwise eligible container, please follow the support instructions provided at the return point or contact Return Right. -
The deposit is recovered by returning the eligible empty container through the official BCRS return network. Alive Brewing does not separately refund the deposit through an order cancellation, product return or customer-service request after the beverage container has been supplied, except where required in connection with an approved cancellation or refund of the underlying product.
Please retain the eligible can and return it through a Return Right return point to recover the deposit. -
